Since the early 1990s Mike has specialised in Estate and Business Succession Planning, providing high level advice to families, business owners and strategic alliances professionals.
He has expertise in all aspects of Estate Planning and Business Succession and has a special interest in planning for families where disability gives rise to special needs.
He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Cam Can Inc., a highly regarded disability services organisation supporting people with disability and their families.
He is a frequent speaker on the need for greater awareness of Estate Planning in the Australian community.
Kelly Pinkard has over 20 years experience working in legal profession in both New Zealand and Australia and has a Diploma in Legal Studies.
As a Paralegal, Kelly has worked with Mike Sayer for over 10 years and is experienced and proficient in estate planning concepts, processes, administration and client liaison.
She moved from New Zealand to Western Australia in 2012 and resides with her husband and young son, Cooper.
Steven Pynt has over 38 years’ experience in law, accounting and business management.
After graduating in law, Steven completed his articled clerkship at Dwyer & Thomas Solicitors before working as a tax consultant with the accounting firm Duesburys, which subsequently merged with Ernst & Whinney.
Steven was previously Chairman of the Commercial Tribunal of Western Australia, (now part of the State Administrative Tribunal) which dealt with Commercial Tenancy legislation, Credit Act and other commercial disputes and applications. He also taught Ethics and Professional Responsibilities to Articled Law Clerks and was a member of the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal.
Steve’s main areas of practice are Property Law including Commercial Leasing, Wills and Estate Planning, Franchising, Business and Corporations Law.
